     The ministration of kingdom court

     In connection with the letter No. 2595-1323/6/11 regarding Abdul Hussein Naderi’s petition it is being said:

     In order to verify the affairs of Shahroud some representatives have been dispatched from the ministry of state, ministry of justice, police headquarters, gendarmerie to the place; consequently thirty people committed to murder and plunder have been captured and their files are being prosecuted in public prosecutor’s office of Shahroud city.

Some Baha’is who are committed to the murder of one of Shahroud residents is being recognized to be prosecuted. The public prosecutor’s office and police headquarter have issued the command for him to be arrested.

     Although there isn’t any evidence for the collaboration of the head of police headquarters with the wicked, he was discharged and called to Teharn city in order for his file to be investigated. (head of police headquarter-Seif)
