As one of the authors of the book “Noqtatul Kaf” has written: “At the end of the 12th Islamic century when the horizon of the Islamic world had been filthy and dark by the differences of the ideas of the jurisconsults and clergymen, a bright star emerged out of the darkness… . he gave good news about the emergence of a new faith for which all Islamic world was waiting particularly Shiites and made the chosen soles prone to visit the Imam of the time. This bright divine star was Sheikh Ahmad Ehsaee.[1] “Consequently, it is narrated in these books about the Baha’i leader’s statement concerning good news about the emergence of Ali Muhammad Shirazi: “The remembrance and praising of Ali Muhammad Shirazi is similar to Sheikh Ahmad Ehsaee’s story. As he traveled to Mecca as pilgrim. He had told Hajj Muhammad Ismail Settled at Sad land that say my hello to the Excellency Bab and called the Excellency with the blessed name. After his statement the person became surprised who he had meant. He came back from Hajj pilgrimage. After some years, Ali Muhammad Shirazi arrived at Sad land.[2]”
In this statement, there is a meaningful connection between Sheikism cult and Babism by Babi and Baha’i authors; while the Sheiki leaders after Seyyed Kazem Rashti reject all these connections!
However it is obvious by studying the historical documents that the Babism leaders have been influenced by Sheikism thought which can’t be rejected.
