As we read: “Whatever which causes the poor to be relaxed and tranquil must be done clearly by you. Be ready firmly; maybe the slaves be free from captivity. Today, the justice groan is loud and the justice exile is high. Be lighted like the light and be aflame like fire.[1]” however, it is necessary to be known that after passing nearly half a century after the establishment of the foundation, the clear violation of the first human rights across the world is increasing. Anyway, the universal house of justice isn’t going to advise even orally about the crimes happening in Palestine and Lebanon.

     Consequently, how can those who don’t dare to mention the end of warfare even orally promise to fulfill the world peace worldwide?!!! Is the universal house of justice be able to fulfill its duty practically and impartially yet?!!!
