     Bahaismiran:

The intimate cooperation between Shoqi Effendi and his disciples with the universal Zionism for establishing a Jewish government in the center of the Islamic community caused for this creed to be recognized formally there and also for the Baha'is properties to be exempted to pan tax.

A new aims were achieved in the Baha'ism history when Shoqi Effendi became the leader which are as follows:

Eastablishing the racist government of Zionistic Israel

During the existence of Shoqi Effendi and his treacherous silence and companion, the Jewish government of Israel violated the indispensable rights of Palestinians and it was established. Shortly after the establishment of this government, Shoqi Effendi visited the president of Israel and expressed the Baha'is "friendship with the country of Israel and prayed for the development and prosperity of Israel.

The intimate cooperation between Shoqi Effendi and his disciples with the universal Zionism for establishing a Jewish government in the center of the Islamic community cause for the creed to be recognized formally there and also for the Baha'is properties to be exempted to pay tax charges[1].

Planning and executing the ten-year plan of emigration of Baha'is to various parts of the world

The development of the administrative and universal organization of Baha'ism is of the measures done during his presidency on the Baha'i creed. This process was intensified in America and Europe especially within 60s A.D. and building the Baha'i continental temples called the dawning place of the Mention of God ended.

In 1377 A.H., 1336 S.H.; that is, six years before the establishment of the universal house of justice, Shoqi Effendi died in London suddenly and doubtfully and buried there. The reason of his death was announced as influenza which wasn’t accepted by some Baha'is. At that time, Colonel Sabet considered his death as caused by a plan by Rohiyeh Maxwell, his wife and the members of London assembly issuing a letter. This hypothesis was never proved.[2]

However, when Shoqi Effendi's properties and possessions are being considered, the possibility of each plan for dominating on his wealth is being intensified severely.

It is good to be mentioned that in 1336 S.H. Shoqi's wealth was 287 million dollars[3]. Nevertheless, Shoqi's wills caused for an organization to be established called the universal house of justice which has supervised all Baha'is affairs for more than 6 decades by inducing this matter that the members of the universal house of justice are infallible. This ability caused for the organization to be consider as a means for extracting information especially after the victory of Islamic Revolution due to its proximity with America and England.
