     Bahaismiran:

All divine religions believe in resurrection as narrated by verses and traditions. Human being will return to this mortal body and will observe the consequences of his good or bad deeds done in this world. In the religion of Islam, the issue of the day of judgment and departing human being to the other world is an essential one.

The day of judgment is one of the rudimentary principles of the holy religion of Islam.

The day of judgment means returning spirit to the body (resurrection) and reviving after death and assembling people to observe the consequence of their good or bad deeds done in the world.

The Almighty God states in verse 47, chapter Waqi'ah:

"وکانوا یقولون ائذامتنا و کنا ترابا و عظاما انا لمبعوثون او آبائنا الاولون قل ان الاولین و الآخرین لمجموعون الی میقات یوم معلوم"

"And they used to say: When we are dead and have come dust and bones, Shall we then, forsooth, be raised again."

He also says in chapter Ya-sin, Verse 51:

"و نفخ فی الصّورفاذاهم من الاجداث الی ربهم ینسلون قالوا یا ویلنا من بعثنا من مرقدنا هذا ما وعدنا الرحمن و صدق المرسلون."

"And the trumpet is blown and Lo! From the graves they hie unto their Lord. Crying: Woe upon us! Who hath raised us from our place of sleep? This is that which the Beneficent did promise and the messengers spoke truth."

He says in chapter Al-Mutaffifin, Verse 4:

"الا یظن اولئک انهم مبعوثون لیوم عظیم یوم یقوم الناس لرب العالمین کلا ان کتاب الفجار لفی سجین."

"Do such (men) not consider that they will be again, Unto an awful day, The day when (all) mankind stand before the Lord of the Worlds? Nay, but the record of the vile is in Sijjin."

He states in Az-Zalzalah chapter, verse 6:

"یومئذ یصدر الناس اشتاتا لیروا اعمالهم فمن یعمل مثقال ذره خیرا یره و من یعمل مثقال ذره شر یره"

"That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. And whoso doeth an atom's weight will see it then, And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then."

If we want to write the verse related to the day of judgment, it will become an independent book.

Late Sheikh Ahmad Ehsaee says in the 1st volume of the book Jawameul Kalem, p. 9: "It is necessary to believe in this issue that spirits will come back to their bodies and it is possible for the Almighty God and His messenger has announced it. Of course, their speech and statement are right and correct. At that day, God's justice and grace will be emerged and Muslims agree it unanimously. This is one of the principles of Islamic beliefs. A person who doesn’t believe in resurrection isn’t Muslim. A person who rejects resurrection will be atheist.[1]

Baha'is reject resurrection, too. They say as the Baha'ism creed has been sent for people, the resurrection of Islam has arrived as already the resurrection of Christianity and Judaism had come. The Baha'is don’t believe in the other world and consider death as the end of life. This is one of the reasons that the Baha'is are atheists.
