However, it is interesting to be known that the Baha’ism leaders have violated the claim for the equality of men and women in Baha’ism in many cases contrary to this vain slogan.
Consequently, the forged prophet of Baha’ism has considered the residential house to be belonged to male offspring:
"وجعلنا الدار المسکونه و الالبسه المخصوصه للذریه من الذکران دون الاناث"
“And we have appointed the residential house and the special cloths of the dead person for the male offspring[2].”
They have also said: “If there are some residential houses, the best and superior one belongs to the male offspring[3].”
It is interesting to be noted that Abdul Baha has proceeded unjustice to such an extent that he has replaced the male offspring by the senior male one in expropriating the father’s properties: “In any cases, the residential house belongs to the eldest male offspring whether something is left by the dead person or not. The eldest male offspring will possess other properties[4].”
The Baha’i leaders have also said: “The debts must be paid by other properties and if the properties aren’t enough, it must be paid by the residential house and special cloths.[5]”
It is so surprising that the heralds of the slogan of the equality between men and women have transferred the sexual segregation from a generation to another one and has consider dead person’s house belonged to the offspring of the eldest one if the eldest son dies and have also deprived the daughters of their father’s house: “If the dead person’s son has died and has had a male offspring, the male one will inherit their father’s share.[6]”
The Baha’i leaders have also said that if the dead person doesn’t have any male offspring, the daughters must inherit two third of their father’s properties[7].
