Bahaismiran:

In all political organizations and parties, the head of the organization as a person or council has some regulations which is as follows: Those who possess ranks in the organization are capabilities and features. The most important pillar in each organization is the supervision system over the head of the organization. Abdul Baha considered the system of the leadership of Baha’ism to be based on two pillars of the guardian of the faith and the foundation of the universal house of justice[1]. Meantime, the foundation of the universal house of justice became the only system for the leadership of Baha’ism when Shoqi Effendi remained aborted[2]. On the other side, it confiscated his responsibilities in favor of itself.

Meantime, the members of the so-called new council of the universal house of justice (confessed by Abdul Baha to be copied after the west parliament[3]) have been elected claiming for being infallible in a not clear election without supervision and it has become a dictatorial system in the leadership of Baha’is.[4]

Consequently, Francesco Ficicchia[5] states explaining the structure of the universal Baha’ism organization that according to him Baha’ism teachings and beliefs are merely used to serve and implement the organization orders because the structure of this organization is based on the blind obedience and a person who violates this rule will be boycotted.[6]

Ficicchia has considered the political aims of the universal organization of Baha’ism as dictatorial, anti-democratic and extremely contrary to freedom and he believes that the extreme political beliefs of the leadership of the Baha’ism universal organization are originated from the fascist tendencies.

According to him; in the Baha’ism organization, the members will be encountered by the Baha’ism organization against each kind of critical thought, individual innovations, freedom of speech, criticizing hard regulations, cencership and preventing to study opponents works. He believes that the Baha’i teachings have been changed into ideological ones in the path of the aims of Baha’ism universal organization. Attributing 122 & 125 articles of the book Aqdas in which social freedoms have been ignored, he considers Baha’ism as contrary to democracy. Also, Ficicchia believes that Baha’ism organization is anti-democratic because the principle of force segregations hasn’t been included.[7]
