Some laws of the Kitabe Aqdas

Law of hunting:

Kitabe Aqdas Verses 60

اذا ارسلتم الجوارح الى الصيد اذكروا الله اذاً يحلّ ما امسكن لكم  
ولو تجدونه ميتاً انّه لهو العليم الخبير

“If ye should hunt with Falcon, invoke ye the Name of God when ye send them to pursue their quarry; for then whatever they catch shall be lawful unto you, even should ye find it to have died. He, verily, is the Omniscient, the All-Informed.”

· Don’t know what to say. Before going for hunting please think twice, If falcon catches snake, crow, dog, pig, or bring dead body you have to eat that.

Homosexuality:

Kitabe Aqdas Verse 107

قد حرّمت عليكم ازواج ابآئكم انّا نستحي ان نذكر حكم الغلمان

“It is forbidden you to wed your fathers\' wives. We shrink, for very shame, from treating of the subject of boys. Fear ye the Merciful,”

· Baha’u’llah has forbidden only wife of father, which religion has allowed this..?, which he forbids, what about sister of mother, sister of father, once own sisters, by this law shall we understand that it allowed for Baha’is..? For sure not, but why he has not mentioned, when interpretation is not allowed for his writing the laws should be crystal clear without any ambiguity.

· A prophet is feeling shy for mentioning about homosexuality, today there are Gay Baha’i’s in USA, why Universal House of Justice has shun them..?

As per the tone of this verse it is not prohibited, because he mentioned only for father’s wife who is prohibited.

Cleanness and uncleanness:

Kitabe Aqdas Verse 75

وكذلك رفع الله حكم دون الطّهارة عن كلّ الاشيآء

“God hath, likewise, as a bounty from His presence, abolished the concept of \"uncleanness\",

· Everything is clean in this world,

· There is no such things which require cleanliness, urine, stool, blood, all are clean.

· Till here was ok, but see the verses 10 of Aqdas what it says..?

Aqdas verses 10

قد اذن الله لكم السجود على كلّ شيء طاهر

“God hath granted you leave to prostrate yourselves on any surface that is clean,”

· When everything in this world is clean, then why to search for a clean thing to prostrate…?

· Look like he himself was confused in making laws.

The mystery of Nine Units (Raka’ah) prayer.

Kitabe Aqdas Verse 6

قد كتب عليكم الصلوة  تسع ركعات لله منزل الايات حين الزّوال وفي البكور

“We have enjoined obligatory prayer upon you, with nine rak\'ahs, to be offered at noon and in the morning and the evening unto God, the Revealer of Verses.”

I am sure all of my Baha’i friends are deprived of praying these nine units (rak’ahs) which is obligatory, did you ever asked or investigated the truth that where these nine units are, and how to offer them to God..?

Sir Abbas Effendi has replied, that it is stolen by the partisans of Mohammed Ali Effendi, his half brother, son of Baha’u’llah, and successor after Sir Abbas Effendi. And as Sir Abbas Effendi had breached the Will and Testament of Baha’u’llah and appointed Shoghi Effendi as guardian of Faith after him, the 9 units of Prayer which was obligatory for Baha’is was lost, even he did not bothered to take it back. He ordered to recite his own tablets.
