Baha’ism, a means of deviating Islamic beliefs
By: Hamid Taghavipour
One of the outstanding characteristics of the Iranian nation is its genuine civilization background which reveals the cultural tendency of this nation toward spirituality and deep religious beliefs. This characteristic has served as a factor for profound developments, national harmony and social resistance of the Iranian nation throughout the history to the extent it has been able to tolerate tribulations , hardships and bitter incidents by means of this social solidarity which is rooted in genuine beliefs, and successfully pass examinations like the triumph  of the Islamic Revolution .Historical experience prove that enemies of the great nation, who have not been able to tolerate this civilization merit and considered it as an obstacle in the way of their colonialist goals, have tried to deviate, confine and degenerate these beliefs through various methods . They have attempted to undermine the beliefs and ideological values of the society propagate forged and contradictory thoughts, and disseminate some kind of sheer imitation in order to dry roots of the effective ideological and religious beliefs of the nation .Although some of these thoughts are so frail and unscientific in terms of principles, primary criteria of formation and documented sources that they cannot even convince ordinary people, they try once in a while to deceive people in the society by using related political and propaganda conspiracies with the support of the enemies of this nation. The Baha’i sect is among unfounded and frail creeds which Iacks principles and documented religious criteria on the one hand ,and does not provide a defendable historical background for its leaders and founders . The Baha’i sect is in such a position today that sharp and perspicacious individuals do not need to engage in scientific and deductive discussions to criticize and reject its quasi-religious claims. It is noteworthy that the roots of formation of the Baha’i sect in Iran should be traced in the peripheral environments like similar sects which are supported by colonialists. They work through institutions and not individuals and with clear objectives in line with other global institutions in order to destroy the religious and national principles of a country. Continuous attempts by the global Zionism and US leaders coupled with the recent remarks by chancellor of the University of Colombia to the academic audience are examples of these supports. Therefore, the educated and wise Iranian Muslim generation should prepare suitable scientific and concrete grounds to understand political-social developments in Iran by going through such studies.
