The veneration of helping the poor is in contrast with the unity of human world

Bahaismiran:
Being influenced by the modern civilization without thinking exactly about the issue, Mirza Baha has declared the poor’s begging as unlawful, and has forbidden helping them. He has said in the Aqdas:
“Begging isn’t lawful and if a person begs it will be unlawful for people to help him/her. A person who isn’t able to earn a living should be paid by wealthy people based on his/her livelihood. You must act based on God’s limits and maintain. His tradition as you keep eyes and try not to be of those who sustain a loss.â€[1]
Islam says: “Begging is unlawful unless at the time of misery and necessity. When you are at the highest point of misery, it will be incumbent for him/her to save him/herself and his/her wife and children out of hunger. However, generosity is nice by all means and it is necessary for everybody to grant when someone is in hard situation.â€
The question is that why is it unlawful for the wealthy to help the poor in Baha’ism? The Excellency Baha has announced granting the poor as an unlawful action; but he doesn’t know and isn’t aware that helping the poor helps them to save their honors. What is the meaning of Baha’s following statement: “Live with the religions with peacefully and intimately.â€[2]
