Which direction should we worship?
Bahaismiran:
One of the characteristics of the divine religions is that some places have been appointed as kiblahs by God for worshipping and the rise of the spirits.
A religious person worships God towards that place to do his/her devotional duty. In Judaism, the Jerusalem is Kiblah. In Islam, the temple of Mecca is Kiblah and each Muslim says his/her prayer towards Kiblah and the unique Kiblah is for unity of Muslims in all social programs because being present in the group prayers causes unity and unanimity to strengthen the spirit of social and individual faith.
Some man made cults make and forge commandments and beliefs for their made cults. One of these forged cults is Baha’ism which has been made by the Colonialism to destroy and confront the divine religions.
In Baha’ism, a place in which an abject person who called himself God has been buried is Kiblah and Baha’i people worship him.
Sobhi, a freed man who was Abdul Baha’s writer says about how this idol-temple was built in Baha’ism in order for each should judgment to realize that Baha’ism is null.
After World War II, Heyfa became so important. Abdul Baha left Akka and appointed Heyfa is located at the scope of Kermel mount which is 12 kilometers away from Akka. However Abdul Baha didn’t quit it completely and he was staying there several times during a year; because Baha’s house was located there.
After Baha’s death, he was buries in his house at the scope of Kermel mount in a place known as Bahji palace. It became Baha’is Kibla. Baha’is must pray towards this place, Baha’s gravestone.
Each Baha’is is responsible to go there for Hajj once in his/her lifetime. Baha’i hajj means visiting Baha’s grave or one of Ali Muhammad’s or his other houses.
Sobhi writes: “They have some formalities for hajj: They pass a garden out of building and enter an anteroom located at the end of tomb yard. They take the shoes off there and enter the entrance. They kiss the threshold made by marble. Then, they go silently and courteously towards Baha’s tomb. They bow down without entering the tomb and stay up again. Then they go into the campus with their back. A Baha’i person recites incantation and others listen. Then they exit as they entered.
When Abdul Baha was alive, he has worshipped according to Muslim formalities.
