One of the Baha’i commanders of the Army was Manuchehr Ta’eedi. I am not aware of his post in the army; I just knew him because he was Farzaneh Ta’eedi –known actress- father. I had seen him several times in Farzaneh Ta’eedi house. Farzaneh Ta’eedi got married with a Baha’i actor called Parviz Kardan; but she divorced after several years. After the revolution, Farzaneh went to America. She was fickle. Then, she became familiar with Behrouz Beh Nejad who was handsome and lived with him without getting married. Farzaneh Ta’eedi and Behrouz Beh Nejad were afflicted with taking drug abuses in earlier 1350s. Farzaneh Ta’eedi ran away Iran to Pakistan through Mirjaveh border in Balouchestan. She sought England for asylum. Her petition was immediately accepted because she was Baha’i.
One of her anti national activities after the Islamic revolution was playing in the anti-Iranian film called “Never without my daughter.â€
