Baha'is asking money from non-Baha'is to establish 'World Peace'!

 When I was a Baha'i, I was taught that Baha'i institutions never accepted funds from non-Baha'is, but it seems this one can do so. What the hell would they need the donations for, since they are affiliated with a UNIVERSITY? I smell a rat here, a dead one!
