Thus, Shoqi Effendi, the guardian of Baha’ism faith has introduced the Christianity leaders as jealous, inferior and revengeful.[1] Merry Maxwell (Shoqi Effendi’s wife) who was in charge of the Baha’i faith from 1921 to 1957 A.D. has called the Christian religion as darkness and considered separating the Baha’i Christian from Baha’ism as cleansing the Baha’ism community from their contamination.[2]
However; among the Baha’ism leaders, Abdul Baha has frankly insulted the holders of Christmas celebrations. He has called Christmas as illusions, superstitions and has assumed the holders of Christmas celebrations as silly people.[3]
Akhbar Amri magazine belongs to Baha’is has called Christianity as a world full of superstition narrated by a Christian lady:
“She has said over and over that she hadn’t been happy in Christmas. Now, She figures out that she had been Baha’i and she hadn’t been aware. She thanks Abdul Baha that he had saved her out the Christian world of superstitions.[4]
Answer:
1) The Baha’i leaders had prohibited each kind of insulting and cursing in their slogans: “Don’t speak about a person’s error. Pray for him/her. Correct his/her error kindly. Look at good deeds not at sins…[5]. Or in another place, he has spoken about being kind with human kind regardless of expanding hate against other religions by the Baha’i leaders: “All prophets have come to educate and to make immature souls mature ones and to create affection and kindness in human beings world.[6]”
2) In their so-called modern advertisement and proselytizing, the Baha’i leaders have preached a kind of pluralism along with insulting other people’s beliefs[7]!
3) Ti oppose the Christmas celebrations, the Baha’i leaders have frankly called them as superstitions and the holders as silly ones; while the Baha’is misuse the capacity of Christmas to proselytize for Baha’ism and the universal house of justice in Israel has celebrated this day by decorating tree and holding group dancing![8]”
