The film “Lerd” in the most recent one produced by Muhammad Rasoulof, the Iranian film-maker. The film was opposed by the interior media after being displayed in the Canns film festival. A film which is announced by Muhammad Reza Faraji, the general manager of the professional cinema of the cinema organization of guidance ministration not to receive any permit to be displayed in public or even in festivals. However, it is sent to pacific Asia festival to be displayed. The film “Lord” is of common productions of Iran and Czech Republic, According to same media claims some parts of the film is assigned to praise the deviant cult of Baha’ism. The Saudi Arabia newspaper “Al-Hayat” which is always against Iran writes: “The film “Lerd” is a revealing film which is considered as the brave one based on the supervising standards of cinema in Iran! Rasoulof’s film is made in the social and political palpitation situation of Iran, “The newspaper has compared the film “Lerd” with the films directed by the directors such as Jafar Panahi, Rakhshan Bani E’temed and Asqar Farhadi and written: “The film displays the social injustice rhythm in Iran.”

     Now, the question is that why haven’t the practitioners of cinema domain reacted and encountered against such carelessness? When will displaying such films which oppose the system of the government of Islamic Republic of Iran be stopped? Is it enough not to issue the permits for such films to be displayed in festivals?
