The Russian strategic aims are as follows: 1) The Czar Russian government were going to dominate on Baha’ism and preaching it, 2) The Baha’ism thought could alter the theological context and of course the traditional one of the new Russian colonies which had been separated from Iran.
The Baha’ism organization has recently displayed a documentary film regarding the first Mashrequl Azkar in Ashgabat city. So, it is worthy for the aims of establishing it to be investigated:
1) According to the historical sources, the first strong supporter of Baha’ism has been the Russian government. The Russian government resorted to creating and raising the deviant cult of Baha’ism to disunite the Iranian Shiites. In order to dominate on them, it established the first center and thought room of the cult in its colony: “The Russian agents created the Baha’is law out of Iran supported by the Russian aims by establishing this Mashrequl Azkar in order to use and exploit it as a threat against the influence of the Islamic thought and Shiite belief in Iran. For this reason, Abul Fadhl Golpaygani (one of the Baha’i proselytizers) orders all Baha’is to pray for the majesty of the Russian Emperor. “[The comprehensive history of Baha’ism, pp. 300-301]
2) Because the then Russian government (as one of the first enemies of Islam) has faked possession of many Iranian cities, it was going to disturb the population gesture of these cities to keep Shiites in minorities. [Refer to Baha’ism book, pp. 46-48]. So, cities like Bokhara, Samarqand, Eshq Abad, Tashkand and Marw became hippodromes and safe places for the Baha’is.
Basically, all over the world, the countries and their regimes that needed a theological means to confront against the opposition movements let the deviant cult of Baha’ism to exploit Mashrequl Azkar as a means for proselytizing its thought. As you know, the Baha’ism cult has built several dawning place for the mention of God in various parts of the world. The last Mashrequl Azkar was exploited on Mehr 1395 S.H. in Santiago city, Chile. Building a Mashrequl Azkar has started in Tambang, Cambodia, since Tir, 1394 S.H.
