The Excellency Abdul Baha has introduced the independent investigation of truth as the first and most important teachings of the made prophet of Baha’ism and considered the belief arisen from heritage and imitation as the false one. As he says: “The first basis of Bahaullah is the independent investigation of truth; that is, everybody must be infallible out of the imitations left by his/her ancestors.[1]”

     However, it is necessary to be known that the application of this teaching concerning the Baha’i kids is different because according to Baha’i beliefs: “Each person who is mature is required to seek the truth in order to select his/her faith.[2]” nevertheless, he/she is being taught necessarily to be familiar with the Baha’ism teachings: “Kids must be taught the Baha’i education to be mentioned of right in order for God’s affection to be mixed with the milk.[3]” or he says: “The public ethics will be spoiled. The kids must be taught of the Baha’i education to be prosperous in both worlds.[4]”

     Yes, although the Baha’i leaders introduce the independent investigation of truth as their innovative teaching and introduce imitating the ancestors as an obscene issue, they practically take away the free selection of kids.
