One of the elements that has made Seyyed Kazem Rashti’s life doubtful is his severe position towards the Shiite dignitaries and having good relationships with the enemies of Islam and Shiite.
Being enemy of Shiite opponents and enemies: Seyyed Kazem Rashti had good relationships with the opponents and enemies of Shiite religion. He was continually being confirmed and admired by them. As narrated, Alousi (the bigoted and anti-Shiite Sunni scholar) has said about Seyyed Kazem RAshti: “If Seyyed existed at a time when it was for a prophet to be appointed, I would believe in him as the first person because it is merited and qualified.[1] It is more surprising that Seyyed Kazem Rashti’s house was safe when the Ottoman troops attacked Karbala city and massacred the Shiites (because of the book written by Seyyed Kazem Rashti[2]). Even the Excellency Abal Fadhl’s holy shrine (P.H.) was attacked, too.[3] It is more interesting to be noted that the dignitaries of the deviant cult of Baha’ism who have borrowed the rudiments of their deviant cult out of Sheikism and claimed that Islam has been abolished have commemorated the Sheikism leaders especially Seyyed Kazem Rashti as good ones![4]
Being enemies of the Shiite dignitaries: Seyyed Kazem Rashti had hostile behaviors against the Shiite scholar instead of scientific discussions. As Mirza Muhammad Tonekaboni writes: “When I was participating at Hajji Seyyed Kazem Rashti’s classes to be aware of his religion, he was often reprehending the jurisconsultS and insulting them.[5]”
