The leaders of Baha’ism cult have issued the commandment to obey all governments; as Abbas Effendi has ordered for the commandment of each government to be obeyed even for despotic ones.[1]
Consequently, justifying this despotic commandment by their leaders, the Baha’i authors claim: “The social scientists have said each nation is merited for the government ruling them. So, it is not reasonable to oppose the government because the social one has arisen from the same society.[2]”
Answer: The Almighty God has considered changing people’s fates by themselves and has prohibited them to stand tyranny in the holy Quran:
“Lo! Allah changeth not the condition of a folk until they (first) change that which is in their hearts…”
“And incline not toward those who do wrong lest the Fire touch you, and ye have no protecting friends against Allah, and afterward ye would not be helped.”
Thus, the Quranic and divine point of view is different from the Baha’i authors; so, God’s statement sin perior to creature’s hypotheses. So, even people accept a government by mistake or ignorance, it will be wise for them to compensate for their errors and review their thoughts and ideals.
Question:
The Baha’ism leaders have stressed this commandment. How is the Baha’is behavior in Iran and their presence in the riots are justified?
