One of the Baha’i element’s death who was active in kids’ books publishing and training

 It is reported that Leyli Ahi who is one of the Baha’is of culture domain particularly active in kids and teenagers’ books publishing has died.

     A person who could be influential in the cultural domain was Leyli Ahi (Imen), Majid Ahi’s offspring. Leyli Ahi (Imen) was born in 1380 S.H. and was Iraj Imen’s (a famous Baha’i) wife. She was the technical counsellor of the general office of culture ministry studies and programs. She was also the teacher of kid literature teachers of kindergartens and the founder of publishing department of kids’ books in Persian language invited kid publishing and translation institute and the member of investing group considering the elementary textbooks invited by the American institute “Frankline”.

     In 1359 S.H., Leyli Imen went to America and was active with other Baha’is ordered by the Baha’i organization during those years.

     Her sister, Mehri Ahi was alongside with her in the book council board of directors. When Leyli Ahi was in charge of kid department of “publishing and translation” institute, she was publishing famous Baha’is such as Ruhi Arbab, Forough Arbab and Houshman Fath A’azam’s books.

     Unfortunately, during a period of time, Ahi and some of the members of the council who were Baha’is could be influential in culture sector concerning kids and teenagers part. According to the Baha’i education, proselytizing and performing the organization orders are essential.
