Question: What does this claim mean that the members of the universal house of justice are infallible and their decisions must be performed while it is possible for them to be errant?!
The Baha’i proselytizers claim for the independent investigation of truth in their faith and imitation has been considered as a foul action!
Now, the Baha’i proselytizers must be asked: Are Baha’is allowed to oppose and violate against the universal house of justice viewpoint and not to fulfill it having acceptable or unjustifiable reasons? Definitely, the answer is negative. So, the independent investigation of truth is meaningless.
The other note is that Shoqi Effendi has claimed for the possibility of committing sins by the members of the universal house of justice and their dismissal out of the faith duties. How do Baha’is consider the universal house of justice as infallible based on the Excellency Bahaullah’s statement?! Shoqi Effendi has said: “if a member of the UHJ commits a sin which is harmful for the public, the guardian of the faith will be qualified to dismiss him.”
The Excellency Bahaullah has also said: “The people’s affairs belong to the universal house of justice men… So, refer them to act based on expediencies. These members are inspired by the divine hidden things. They must be obeyed.[1]”
Therefore, there is a contradiction between Shoqi Effendi and Bahaullah’s statements.
Most importantly, in current circumstances when there is no guardian of the faith, who is responsible for making decision for the errant members?!!!
