     My main reason and aim for establishing the Iranian television are: 1) to make the Iranian people and 2) as a Baha’i patriot, I wanted to serve my holy country Iran culturally and socially and 3) create facilities to preach the spiritual thoughts and the divine commandments and to avoid vain bigotries gradually.

     When the Iranian television establishment rule was being passed, an article was passed by the national council parliament concerning this issue that the Iranian television is dependent on telegraph and post ministry regulations technically office of publications and advertisements in the case of providing programs.

     According to this article, the people in charge of government provide some interview programs along with the intelligent service which was used to be called the general office of publications and advertisements apart from the news from Iran and the world set by Pans agency. Additionally, based on the country rules, the Iranian television has to execute the mentioned programs. Such programs isn’t at last 5 percent of total ones. The rest are provided, set and run by an interior council including the directors of Iranian television programs. These programs include moral, social, cultural, historical, educational and scientific ones and the like.

     My advice concerning including moral and spiritual issues and not meddling with the political affairs and phases against the principles of expediencies is are being included by this council. Fortunately, the programs which aren’t included in the mentioned aspects and as set by the governmental sectors are quite definite and distinct and all viewers are aware of this issue that the mentioned programs are of governmental aspects.
