     Bahaismiran:

Question: Why have the Baha’is deprived of participating at the highest pillar of leadership in the including the position of guardianship or the universal house of justice council contrary to the slogan of the quality of men and women in Baha’ism?! The prediction of the Baha’ism leaders concerning the continuation of leadership in the cult wasn’t fulfilled due to Shoqi Effendi’s barrenness; but the question is that how can the equality of men and women be justifiable with the lack of women’s presence in the leadership council of Baha’ism, the universal house of justice?!

Baha’is clam for the equality of men and women as one of the twelve principles of Baha’ism for the prosperity of human being: “The tenth teaching of the Excellency Bahaullah is the equality between men and women…”

“The prosperity of the human world won’t be completed except for the complete equality of men and women.[1]

Why must the highest members and leaders of the Baha’i organization (including the guardian of the faith who is the chairman of the universal house of justice) be men contrary to the slogan and the riles of the Baha’ism leaders?!

As according to the Excellency Abbas Effendi’s will, Shoqi Effendi has been considered as the first guardian of the faith: “From this time on, the guardians of the faith will be the sons of his generation. O’ God’s disciples, “the guardian of the faith must appoint his next one in order for the differences not to be created.[2]

Anyway, does Baha’ism want to establish equality with this way among all men and women across the world?! The Baha’i thinkers justify: “The position of guardianship and membership in the universal house of justice is just a divine responsibility and isn’t a privilege. In the Baha’i faith, women have been exempted.”

Answer: Why do men carry this responsibility?! Isn’t it contrary to the slogan of the equality between men and women?!
