The forged prophet of Baha’ism has announced getting married with just the father’s wife (step-mother) as illegitimate in his book “the Aqdas”:
"قَدْ حَرَّمَتْ عَلَیْکُمْ اَزواجَ آبائِکُمْ"
“It is illegitimate for you to get married with your father’s wives.[1]”
According to the Baha’i proselytizers’ claim, the anti-Baha’is claim that the Baha’i works haven’t prohibited Baha’is to get married with whom marriage is prohibited in the Baha’i creed and the Baha’is are allowed to get married with everybody except for step-mothers; so his silence regarding getting married with other people whom marriage prohibited means he has allowed his followers to get married with whom marriage is prohibited. However, it should be paid attention that the above-mentioned statement of the book “Aqdas” proves the prohibition of getting married with step-mother; but it won’t be the reason for the allowance of getting married with other intimates.
Answer:
The Excellency Baha must announce the prohibition of getting married with other people whom marriage is prohibited. His silence means it is allowable for the Baha’is to get married with whom marriage is prohibited.
To justify his father’s statement, Abdul Baha has written: “As long as the Baha’i population is low, getting married with who marriage is prohibited such as sister except for mother is allowable. I wish for Baha’ism to be firm and its number to be increased.[2]”
Also, the Baha’i leaders have stated that: “The lack of mentioning the illegitimacy of a thing is the reason for the allowance for doing that.[3]
The forged prophet of Baha’ism has just made his followers refer to the universal house of justice foundation: “All issues concerning getting married with whom marriage is prohibited is related to the universal house of justice.[4]”
According to the universal house of justice: “Getting married whom marriage is prohibited has been taken on by people themselves and it isn’t advisable for it to issue complementary laws regarding getting married with whom marriage is prohibited.[5]”
