However, this behavior was in contradiction with the principles of Baha’ism cult and Bahareh Moqaddam (one of the Iranian Baha’is) wrote a letter to the operators of the conference. This Iranian Baha’i asked some questions about the functions of the operators of the conference specially Excellency Shapour Rasekh reverently. She adduced the first grade texts of Baha’is in which the Baha’is are being prevented expressing comments and interference with the political affairs. She asked the leadership foundation of Baha’ism, the universal house of justice regarding this anti-Iranian Conference.[1]
Nevertheless, it is interesting to be noted that the answer of the universal house of justice isn’t respectful and is aggressive and threatening. The foundation of the universal house of justice which is the manager of the Baha’ism organization and considers itself as infallible has applied aggressive and threatening tones to answer various questions and comments offered by this member of the Baha’i community using violent words and phrases such as insidious and vain reasonings and etc. It is written in the universal house of justice letter:
“The supreme divine universal house of justice have become aware of an e-mail in Persian language including suspicious and undignified contents pretended to be written by a Baha’i circulating among members of the community. A seemingly critical letter criticizing the content of a lecture made by one of the seasoned disciples earlier this year in the conference of Iranian Culture Lovers in Chicago.
The order stated that the following materials should be notified. Regardless of the subject, the mentioned letter is implying that the supreme universal house of justice has departed from the divine teachings especially regarding non-interference in politics. It is an insidious attempt for weakening the unity of community and for shaking dear disciples’ confidence and faith.
The vain and baseless reasonings posed in the letter about the supreme universal house of justice are familiar goods used by the enemies of God’s faith in Iran during long decades. The meretricious notes are explicitly measure to preach dialogues which are quite contradictory with the divine covenant arrangement to each clear-sighted Baha’i person. The Excellency Bahaullah’s faith is inviolable and protect against such plans to sow the seeds of discord among its followers…[2]”
However, the following notes are worthy to be mentioned criticizing the answer of the Baha’ism leadership foundation:
1) Because of the lack of the guardian of the faith supervision[3], the members of the universal house of justice have kept aloof from the absolute principles of Baha’ism regarding the prohibition of meddling with policy. Everybody who reminds them of the violation, he/ she will be excommunicated with the worst possible way and using the worst words. Yes, a cult which poses the teaching of kindness as its demagogic slogans accuses its member along with excommunicating her using the most violent phrases instead of answering while Bahareh Moqaddam’s behavior is contrary to it according to Abdul Baha’s speech and the functions of the Baha’ism leaders:
“If a person wants to speak about the government possessions or oppose the statesmen, others won’t agree because God’s faith doesn’t depend on policy.[4]”
2) First, the universal house of justice supported this anti-Iranian conference in the beginning of the message then it emphasized the principle of prohibition of interfering in policy! Isn’t trying to overthrow the government meddling with policy[5]?!
