However, the education minister’s speech regarding the prohibition of education of the followers of informal religions of the country due to proselytizing by expressing belief caused for the Baha’ism organization to create a wave of pretending to be oppressed misusing this issue. However, to investigate and criticize this issue, the following notes are worthy to be mentioned:

1)   As the mister of education stressed, no student is being deprived of educating merely due to believing in an idea which is contrary to the formal religions of the country; but “the illegal cults mustn’t be proselytized at school. School is a place for rightful education and legal training.[2]”

Consequently, merely having an idea doesn’t cause discrimination; but the proselytizing of the deviant cuts is prohibited in favor of the intellectual health of students. Nevertheless, which Iranian Muslim family desire its kid(s) to be exposed to be proselytized by atheism, satanic, Baha’i and … thoughts?!

2)   In Baha’ism teachings, each kind of opposition against rulers has been prohibited:

"انّا نَری بعض النّاس ارادوا الحرّیة وَ یَفتَخرون بِها اولئک فی جَهل ٍ مُبینٍ؛ اِنَّ الحریة تَنتهی عواقبها الی الفتنه الّتی لا تخمد نارَها"[3]

“We observe some people are looking for freedom and boast, they are living in overt ignorance; certainly, the consequence of freedom will be ended in sedition and riot whose fire isn’t being suppressed.”

3)   Proselytizing in the Baha’i commandment is inseparable part of this deviant cult; so in addition to prevent the Baha’i kids to be mixed with the Muslim ones[4], the Baha’i leaders have stressed on proselytizing the kids: “Kids must be guided by kindness and insistence to live based on the Baha’i principles and to learn the Baha’i faith and to proselytize based on the way which is agreeable with their conditions.[5]”

So, the Baha’ism organization is investing on the as one of the proselytizing aims. This method of the Baha’ism organization which has become public in recent years is used for making the Muslim Iranian kids Baha’i; Measures such as influencing on nursery schools[6], establishing unwinding classes[7] and also proselytizing from school to home.

4)   It is interesting to be known that even after publicizing the Islamic Republic of Iran’s approach by the minister of education, the Baha’ism organization sent a message dated Aban, 2, 1398 October, 24, 2019 intrigued the Iranian Baha’is to break the law and to expand civil defiance entitled the expansive proselytizing of this cult in Iran[8] instead of obeying the law. On the other hand, the Baha’ism organization tries to force its Muslims friends to proselytize using this message from Israel.

5)   It is interesting to be known that the minister of education’s speech is quite legal because of the Baha’ism evangelical proselytizing previous record. Since according to the international laws and infant rights universal manifesto approved on Nov. 20, 1959 and infant rights convention approved on Nov. 23, 1989 of the general assembly of the United Nations signed by more than 166 countries and has been nearly implemented by all countries, infants and teenagers under 18 years of age must be secure against preaching religious and racial bigotries and trying for changing their religion.[9] However, the Baha’ism organization has shown that it hasn’t been bound with the Iranian country laws and even the international ones contrary to its teachings.

6)   Why doesn’t the universal house of justice hide its followers’ beliefs and it proselytizes Baha’ism expansively?! Their leader Abdul Baha pretended to be Muslim even in his last days of his life in order not to encounter any limitation: “In his last Friday of his blessed stop in the temporal world, he participated in the central mosque of the city to say midday prayer.[10]”
