In its last message (dated 1, Dec 2019) the universal house of justice addressed all Baha’is especially the Iranian ones:

     “It is hilarious that the disciples (the Baha’is) try to proceed the 5-year plane where they are residing. Such an effort should be their final goal…”

     However, the 5-year plan is the base and outcome of the Baha’ism 20-year planning and activity up to 2021 and also it’s the main aim is proselytizing which is called the process of the corps of the faithful in the messages of the universal house of justice. A process which proselytizes aggressively against other religions’ followers’ beliefs by establishing educational classes and empowering the Baha’is.

     In this plan, kids, teenagers, the youth and people in different levels of social classes are being aimed.

     This plan is based on proselytizing and proselytizing for Baha’ism is a crime based on the Iranian Constitution and will be punished.

     Anyway; in this message, the universal house of justice first asks the Baha’is not to take any measure in order for the disciples to be endangered! Nevertheless; in the next lines, it changes its position and idea and asks them to step towards proceeding and advancing the 5-year plan whose aim is proselytizing and encourages and motivates the Baha’is.
