Nearly all jurisconsults have announced unclean things as 11 or 12 ones including unbeliever who rejects God or considers partner for Him. Unbeliever is the one who doesn’t believe in the prophethood of the holy prophet Muhammad Ibn Abdullah –peace be upon him- or a person who doesn’t believe in prayer and fasting as the necessities of religion.
The jurisconsults adduce the following verse such as
"...اِنَّما المُشرِکُونَ نجسٌ..."
“…The idolaters only are unclean…”[1]
And other narrations from Imam Sadeq (peace be upon him):
"من نصب دیناً غیر دین المؤمنین فهو مشرک"[2]
Even, the unbeliever’s all body such as hair, nail, his/ her moisture.
Baha’ism is a cult made by Hussein Ali Nouri known as Bahaullah and Babism was made by Ali Muhammad Shirazi who assumed himself as the forth pillar following Sheikism thought. First, he claimed to be the gate for Imam of the Time (P.H.). Then, he claimed for divinity.
After Ali Muhammad Shirazi, Hussein Ali Nouri claimed for himself as the one who Ali Muhammad Bab has promised him to come. Then, he turned to religion making claiming for the excommunication of the religion of Islam.[3]
Some Baha’ism beliefs are as follows:
1) Believing in Ali Muhammad Bab and Hussein Ali Nouri’s divinity
One of the weakest beliefs of Baha’ism and Babism is believing in Bab and Hussein Ali Nouri as gods. Ali Muhammad Bab has claimed that the highest position of reality; that is, divinity has been penetrated into him as material and physical one.[4]
2) Believing in the position of Ali Muhammad and Hussein Ali Nouri’s prophethood:
The Baha’is say: The promised one’s position and rank is prophethood and originality one based on the verses of the holy Quran.[5] However, Shiism says: The promised one is dependent on the holy Quran and the religious law of the final prophet Muhammad –peace be upon him- and his position is the position of caliphate, guardianship and Imamate not the position of originality and prophethood.[6]
3) Believing in Ali Muhammad Bab and Mirza Hussein Ali Nouri as being the promised one.
The Baha’is say: Ali Muhammad and Mirza Hussein Ali are the promised ones of the religion of Islam and all prophets have pointed out it. Additionally its indications have been recorded in the heavenly books. However, Shiites say: The promised one of the religion of Islam means the day of judgment and the other is the emergence of Imam of the Time (P.H.) who was born in the 3rd century in Sarramanra’h. His mother’s name is Narjes.
4) Believing in the abolition of the religion of Islam
The Baha’is say: The position of the promised one is the position of legislation not the dependence one[7]. They say: When he emerges, he will command for the religion of Islam to be abolished and he will legislate a new religious law except Islam.[8]
However, Shiism says: The promised one is dependent on the holy Quran and the religious law of the holy prophet –peace be upon him- and the will revitalize the religion of Islam and he isn’t the owner of the new book and new religious law.[9]
In brief, the Baha’is are claiming for Bab and Baha divinity and rejecting the finality of the holy prophet. They reject the essential commandments of the religion such as prayer, fasting and etc. and consider them to be abolished. Additionally, not only they reject Imam of the Time (peace be upon him); but also they are his enemy.
Consequently, they are infidels and unclean.
