Several years ago, the Baha’ism organization was encountered inside the country. It was opposed by some western countries. Even, the president of the United States and the national security counselor denounced the Islamic Republic of Iran separately and asked for the Baha’is freedom. On Mehr, 30^th 1389 S.H., the American assembly passed a bill with 407 agreed votes and 2 opposed ones in order to make the Islamic Republic of Iran bound with freeing the Baha’i spies.

This plan obligated the then president of the United States, Barak Obama, not to ignore the Baha’ism case in the security council along with the unclear case It is worthy to think that a minor issue such as Baha’ism is consider as the major one existing all these various movements. If it is said it is a human rights issue, it should be said that lest the Baha’is are human beings? Why isn’t the American representatives assembly supporting the people of Yemen, Myanmar, Palestine and … . It is not just the United States. The European Union England, France and … have separately issued statements. Surely, Baha’ism is serving such countries and is spying for them.

The method of encountering the cults in the Islamic Republic of Iran is different from the west. (such as Davoudiyan case and others).

Everybody can have a belief his/her mind and it is freedom. The government reacts when this belief violates others’ ones and makes their freedom to be taken away. When a Baha’i person has been imprisoned for 20 years the reason isn’t for being the Baha’i.  He/ She is imprisoned for his/her crimes, spying and clear violation.
