The difference between the religious fighters and Hojjatiyeh association was that the fighters and the revolutionists possessed extensive and deep view against the Baha'ism movement and its roots and methods. They believed that Baha'ism is a subsystem of the then government and Baha'ism will be destroyed, if the government is destroyed. Nevertheless, Hojjatiyeh association was limiting duty to campaigning against Baha'ism and it was even promoting the false thought that scholars and Muslims must collaborate with Shah regime to confront the danger of Baha'ism and must also cooperate with the west superpower to prevent the development Baha'ism[3]. While the reason for Baha'ism progress and growth was the Iranian king, Israel regime and America; and naturally if Shah were destroyed, Baha'ism and its seditions would be destroyed, too. According to critics, how was it possible for the Baha'i ministers of Shah not to be criticized by Hojjatiyeh association at all?! In a period of time, half of the Pahlavi cabinet ministers were Baha'i; while Hojjatiyeh association was asking for permission to campaign against Baha'ism! How is it possible for Hojjatiyeh association not to campaign against the reason of Baha'ism; that is, America and Israel.[4]
Hojjatiyeh Islam Hashemi Rafsanjani says about the position and function of this association: "A group of people decided to campaign against Baha'ism years ago. They established the association. Their duty was to identify the Baha'is and to go to their meetings and to prevent Muslims to be attracted. Generally speaking, the association was campaigning against Baha'ism. The Pahlavi regime liked such jobs because it was making some faithful revolutionary forces busy… We were saying; the Pahlavi regime lets you campaign against Baha'ism. It is a hobby because the regime is strengthening it. At that time, the minister of war and the special physician of Shah were Baha'is. The sensitive posts of the country had been assigned to Baha'is[5].
