One of the most important aims of the spiritual plan is to create the necessary conditions for increasing the number of Baha'is. The main slogan of this five-year plan is called "the entrance of groups of acceptances" and it is also called "the silent and secretive strategy" in order for the plan aims to be fulfilled in Muslim countries (particularly in the sensitive region of the Middle east) and a deadline of 2021 has been set for it.
The mentioned plan was announced to the Baha'is of Iran through Nov.23, 2003 message from the universal house of justice supervised by a person called Khanjani (the senior representative of the universal house of justice and the Baha'i authority of Iran) Khanjani emphasizes all Iranian Baha'is in May 1983 A.D. that:
"… We should regularly expand our circle of trusted friends by projecting new friends and intimacy [with non-Baha'i agents] after being assured through purposeful social intercourses and dialogues in order for us to be able to find the potential population."
This proclamation of the Baha'i leader practically instruct the followers of the cult to increase the number of Baha'is by influencing on the Iranian families through widespread proselytizing.
With the onset of the implementation of the "Spiritual plan" in Iran, the deviant cult of Baha'ism has adopted the offensive proselytizing method against the system of the government of Iran. To this end, 13 talented Baha'is were sent to the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) to pass educational courses related to the plan:
1) Teaching how to proselytize extensively and secretly in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
2) Learning new ways of deceiving Shiite Muslims in Iran.
3) Learning how to choose a target or subject without being caught up by the faithful people of the community or the intelligent service agents
Then the spiritual plan began to work in Iran. The Baha'i youth have been trained since 16. They started proselytizing and attracting non-Baha'is through public charities (such as visiting patients in hospitals, cleaning parks, paths and mountains, visiting people in the nursing homes, helping the elderly, health activities in villages and continuing friendship with school friends, helping poor families financially, holding cooking classes, holding meetings and programs at cultural centers).
According to an informed person related to the cult, the number of people who have passed these courses in Iran is more than 10 thousand ones this is a warning to the cultural and ideological officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran not to be ignorant of confronting this dependent and deviant cult.
