How is the Baha'ism organization like in the countries? And what's its responsibilities?

In the administrative organization of Baha'ism; after the universal house of justice, there are several assemblies which are called the national spiritual ones and are formed in the capital cities of countries. The members of these assemblies are being elected out of the members of local assemblies. In this case, the Baha'is are participating in the elections to elect their representatives in the local assemblies.

The duties of national-spiritual assembly: Supervising the critical affairs assigned to the Baha'i faith expediencies such as translating and preaching press, the affairs of Mashrequl Azkar , proselytizing, the conformity of Baha'ism teachings, solving the differences and problems of Baha'is, administrating possessions and endowments of Baha'is, preserving and defending the Baha'i faith against the enemies , the materialistic and spiritual educating of God's sheep, preparing the opportunities of educating the kids, establishing and equipping education institutions and supervising them, holding birthday intellectual and spiritual assemblies, supervising on the local assemblies, electing the members of the universal house of justice and etc.[1] These assemblies can appoint some people out of the members of Baha'i community to form the subordinate committees called Lojnel which are used for proselytizing, affection, reception, emigration, publishing Hussein Ali Baha's order, social affairs and etc.[2] According to the Baha'ism leaders' orders, the ideas and resolutions of the spiritual assemblies are necessary to be fulfilled and followed: although they are contrary to expediency and reality. In 1341 A.H., Shoqi Effendi has addressed and ordered the Baha'is: "In general, the Baha'is must follow and obey the assembly and confirm its enforcements; even the majority vote is contrary to reality and is true.[3]" so, if a person disagrees the spiritual assembly, he/she will be deprived of the election right in the community and membership in the spiritual assemblies.[4]

The duties of the spiritual local assemblies: In the organizational structure of the Baha'i party, the local assemblies are located after the universal house of justice and the national assemblies are located at third rank based on position and importance. These assemblies are as follows: The assemblies of cities which are called city ones and are formed in cities and large districts. Their members are elected among urban Baha'is. These assemblies are elected on first of Redhvan feast, 2nd of Ordibehesht.[5] The 21-year-old Baha'is can write the names of 9 men on sheets of papers and hand over the assembly without signature. A person who gain the proportional majority and be elected as the member of the national assembly for a year.
