Bahaismiran:

Mirza Baha has ordered his followers to pay a part of their income to Baha’ism organization. However, Mirza Baha has spent all of them for the spiritual expenditures of the guardian of God’s faith instead of spending it for the organization body; that is the needy followers.

The responsibility and authority of all the cash has been taken over by the head of the Baha’i organization or the Universal House of Justice. Nobody is allowed to fake the slightest possession of it. Paying God’s rights that is nineteen hundredth of the pure property is presented to the Excellency guardian of God’s faith to be spent for the spiritual public expenditures in each period of time.[1]

یا قوم لاتخونوا فی حقوق الله و لاتصرفوا فیها الا بعد اذنه کذلک قضی الامر فی الاواح المنیع من خان الله یخان بالعدل

“O’ tribe, don’t betray on God’s rights and don’t fake possession of it except by God’s permission. Also, the commandment has been ended in tablets and if a person betrays or transgresses, he/she will be punished based on justice.[2]

It is narrated from Mirza’s tablet: They will gather in the presence of a trustful person and narrate in order to be acted based on God’s will.[3]

It is narrated from Abdul Baha’s tablet: It is permissible for faking possession in details and general but by the permission of the faith source.

It is narrated from Shoqi’s tablet: However it is said in Hajj Amin’s tablet on Rajab, 21, 1345 A.H. that as you observe the confirmation of Abha heavens, God’s faith is being expanded and the faith expenditure is increasing day by day; so buy draft of king bank as soon as possible by the present incomes and send…

Consequently, these properties must be spent in the Baha’i faith center and also be spent for the poor, the needy, orphans and etc. So, Mirza Baha has been careless about the poor and this is a fault in Mirza Baha’s creed.
