The seller A criticism to the proselytizing film “the Gate”

Bahaismiran:

You must have come across sellers who praise their goods a lot. I don’t care if the praising affect us or not; but we trust the sellers when we do not have a bad record of him/her and his/her words are relevant with the appearance of his/her goods.

If we know the record of the seller or the item is being sold and the record is basically different from what the seller defines, we will no longer trust any of his/her words. The same event happened for me for the film “the Gate” made by the Baha’ism organization to introduce Ali Muhammad Bab. Throughout the film, it was speaking about Bab as a modern and kind man and his religion was introduced in such a way that Bab has come to revive kindness and hope among the human beings.

Incidentally, I have studied in this regard and studied the history of the sources. For example, Mirza Hussein Ali Nouri (Bahaullah) whom the Baha’is consider his prophet introduces the Babis as people who just beheaded burned books, stayed away others and sought to destroy all groups except themselves Abbas Effendi (Abdul Baha) also stated in the book “Makatib”: “Beheading, burning books and papers, destroying all the tombs and massacring all except those who believed and confirmed the explicit commandments of Bab”. The meaning of this statement by Abdul Baha is his confession to Babism movement: “Babism has encouraged unbridled violence against its opponents.”
