Book which will guide humanity for next 830 years-Part Three
Let us examine the Baha’i principle of Equality of Men and Women in light of KitabAqdas
All my Baha’i and non Baha’i friends knows the propaganda of Equality of men and Women many time Universal House of Justice is been asked why Women are not allowed to be member of Universal of Justice, they have no answer accept diverting the Baha’is for other issues, or threatening them for Ex-Communication. Let see what The Most Holy Book says about equality of men and women.
KitabeAqdas Verse 25
“We have assigned the residence and personal clothing of the deceased to the male, not female, offspring, nor to the other heirs. He, verily, is the Munificent, the All-Bountiful.â€
- Here women are deprived of inheritance from the House and Cloths of their father, it is understood that the cloth of father will be useful to Son, but why they are being deprive from property of father, do you find it is justice, forget about equality of sexes.
KitabeAqdas Verse 32
“The Lord hath ordained that those of you who are able shall make pilgrimage to the sacred House, and from this He hath exempted women as a mercy on His part. He, of a truth, is the All-Bountiful, the Most Generous.â€
- Here again women are deprived from pilgrimage.
KitabeAqdas Verse 69
“ If the wife accompany her husband on a journey, and differences arise between them on the way, he is required to provide her with her expenses for one whole year, and either to return her whence she came or to entrust her, together with the necessaries for her journey, to a dependable person who is to escort her home. Thy Lord, verily, ordaineth as He pleaseth, by virtue of a sovereignty that over shadoweth the peoples of the earthâ€
- Here again women are deprived, why only husband can take decision and send back his wife from journey, why women cannot do the same, Ladies be careful making argument with your husband during journey, you will be send back to your native place. Or else you will get only one year expenses from your husbands and he will enjoy and continue his journey.
- It is clear case of oppressing women.
KitabeAqdas Verse 13
“God hath exempted women who are in their courses from obligatory prayer and fasting. “
- When everything is pure in this world as per verses 74 then why women are exempted from prayer and fasting, here is injustice with men. And women are treated unclean creature during their courses. See for men special verses
KitabeAqdas Verses 74
God hath decreed, in token of His mercy unto His creatures, that semen is not unclean. Yield thanks unto Him with joy and radiance,
- Again injustice with women, men’s discharge is consider clean and he can pray and fast, but women is considered unclean during their courses, and men are told to thank god with joy and radiance that they are being treated superior to women.
KitabeAqdas Verses 70
“Should a woman be divorced in consequence of a proven act of infidelity, she shall receive no maintenance during her period of waiting.â€
- If a husband is adulterer women has no right to diverse him
- It is law for men, and women are suppressed again by Baha’u’llah.
KitabeAqdas Verses 66
No marriage may be contracted without payment of a dowry, which hath been fixed for city-dwellers at nineteen mithqáls of pure gold, and for village-dwellers at the same amount in silver.
- This law of Aqdas is clear sign of taking women of village as cheap object, it is advantage for city dweller to marry village girl and pay nineteen misqal of silver instead of gold and bring them to city.
- Is it not injustice with village girls that they are treated as cheap, forget about equality of men and women, he divided women in to two category.
- There are plenty of such laws, Universal House of Justice is scratching their heads to solve the Flaws of KitabAqdas. This book should be sufficient for Mankind for remaining 860 years, in fact Baha’u’llah wanted to abrogate Bab’s religion he modified few laws of Babis and Islam, and compiled this book, and left the entire Baha’i community wondering what to do with this laws.
- Infallible Universal House of Justice has mentioned on their web site after putting the translation of KitabeAqdas that this laws will be applicable when there will be universal House of Justice in each and every city.
- I humbly ask them to show where Baha’u’llah has mentioned that my book should be followed when there will be Universal House Justice in each and every country or city..?
- A book of God or pen down by Baha’u’llah should contain everything for next 1000 years because there will be no manifestation for next 1000 years, humanity is dependent on this book.
The missing laws of “The Most Holy Book†KitabeAqdas
- No laws for punishment for rape or even acknowledgment of it as human crime.
- Nothing about industrialization, pollution and environment.
- Nothing on business or monopolies.
- No rule for economics, shares, Banking or Money.
- No punishment for homosexuality.
There are many mind blowing laws of KitabeAqdas, readers can refer the translation of Elder and Miller, who were well versed in Arabic grammar, and can compare the official translation of Holy Book Aqdas by Universal House of Justice, you will find many blunders in translation. Now let us see the contradiction of Father (Baha’u’llah) Son Sir Abbas Effendi (Abdul Baha).
