The Contradiction in explaining the Laws by Leaders
GamalNaseer
Marriage of a Baha’i with non Baha’is
Bab has mentioned in Bayan, Vahid 8 chapter 15,
“If both man and Women are not followers of Bayan, then marriage between them is not permissible, and if one of them is Babi, and the second a non babi, then it is unlawful for the Babi person to marry the non Babi, or to establish any relationship of husband and wife between them.â€
Baha’u’llah in his Most Holy Book Aqdas while mentioning the laws of marriage keeps Bab’s stand and did not modified or add his views to it, but surprise of surprise Aqdas published in our times in English language, this law is omitted.
Thinking why this changes..? The answer is with Sir Abbas Effendi, the son of Baha’u’llah, he writes in BadiulAasaar Vol. 1, page 154, that “It is permissible for Baha’is to give their girls to men of any religion and to marry girls of any religionâ€.
Father says No Son says Yes.
The reason for omitting this law is not that Baha’is can marry the girls of their choice, this has deeper meaning for the Baha’is the propagation brigade in an effort to propagate their faith have been conning people into marriage and then spreading the faith amongst their spouse’s family and adding their entire family members into their Baha’i censes and get applaud from Universal House of Justice.
Another blunder in  law of marriage
Most of divine religion has a list of women specified for marriage and list of women prohibited, Baha’u’llah has dictate amazing law “I have prohibited for you the wives of your fathers and  feel shy to mentioned the edict on boysâ€
Why should a messenger shy away from narrating the Divine laws? In such a case what are the followers to do? Will it then not promote corruption and ignorance amongst the followers? Is there any other prophets prophet has shied away as Baha’u’llah?
Non-Baha’i sources state clearly that Baha was a homosexual. A study of the Aqdas in Arabic and English will reveal that nowhere Baha has prohibited sodomy and homosexuality. This leads one to believe that had Baha actually completed the law, he would have made sodomy and homosexuality permissible and actually encouraged it.
Bab had prohibited his followers from having more than one wife. However Baha’u’llah, who was having two wives already changed the law and wrote in Aqdas, \"Surely Allah has made marriage obligatory upon you, but don\'t marry more than two\".
Yet again, on page 206 of the Aqdas published by New Delhi in 1993, it is clearly written that Sir Abbas Effendi says, \"Know that polygamy is not permitted under the law of God\". Also on page 149 of the same book, under the title of \"Laws of Personal Status\", the Baha’is have said that plurality of religion is forbidden.
Now here we see a case of father saying yes, but son says no! Firstly Baha’u’llah alters Bab\'s law and then Abdul Baha alters Baha’u’llah\'s law. What a classic case of unity!
The Baha’i ablution
Baha says in Aqdas, \"It has been ordained that every believer in God, the Lord of Judgment, shall having washed his hands, then his face, seat himself and turning unto God repeat Allah-o-Abha 95 times..Perform you likewise ablutions for the obligatory prayer\".
There is no specific act, which invalidates an ablution
Ablution does not become necessary when a Baha’i male discharges semen. Its mention is not found anywhere in the laws. In any case, there is no need for it by the Baha’is as they consider semen to be pure!
In case water is not available, Baha’u’llah does not recommend performance of Tayammum (ritual purification by clean earth by Moslem). One must simply say Allah-o-Abha five times, one achieves instant purification!
Eating of meat
Baha\'u\'llah has written in \'Kitab-e-Mubeen\', \"Don\'t abstain from the eating of meat\".
Abdul Baha says in \'BadaaiulAasaar\', volume 1, page 273, thus, \"Meat is not the food of man because he has not been provided the means of eating and digesting meat.
Here we go again! Father says yes, son says no!
Here I conclude and let the readers to go further and do their own Investigation of truth.
Dear Baha’is  do not try to Interpret these laws even in your mind as answer nor refer to anybody’s interpretation, as Baha’u’llah has mentioned
in KitabAqdas. Verses 37
Whosoever interpreteth this verse otherwise than its obvious meaning is deprived of the Spirit of God and of His mercy which encompasseth all created things.
خاÙوا الله ولا تتّبعوا ما عندكم من الاوهام اتّبعوا ما يأمركم به ربّكم العزيز الØكيم
Fear God, and follow not your idle fancies.
who dared to follow the Principle of “Independent Investigation of truthâ€
Will You…….?
