\"بهائیت Bahaismiran.com:The main question is that: why has Baha’ism decreased the values of women to the extent such as an advertising tool and woman don’t have any rank and presence in the UHJ?      The women assume it as a grave oppression; as if they don’t belong to the Baha’i community. Anyway, the argument concerning the lack of women’s presence in the foundation has been turned into an insolvable challenge.

The Equality of men and women’s rights in Baha’ism from Words to Actions

Baha’ismiran: Ignoring women’s rights is inherited by the Baha’i heads. Mirza Hussein Ali elected his successors among his sons that is Abbas Effendi and Mohammad Ali. Abbas Effendi has also elected his successors exclusively among his male offspring in his will and tablets.

A glance at the election of the UHJ members during the election periods indicates that no right has been assigned to Baha’i women in the UHJ’s 9-people membership; although the Baha’i cult is an advanced faith claimed by Baha’ism and the equality between men and women is of the 12 principles of this cult. In spite of this fact contradiction is observed in the highest Baha’ism’s legislation foundation, the Universal House of Justice. Although the nature of legitimacy and existence of the UHJ quotation of the Baha’i heads that is Bahaullah and Abdul Baha and been questioned by thousands of Baha’is; but the trend is continued by the Baha’i leaders. Although 400 people out of 1400 ones participated in the so-called election ceremony!!! Were women; but no right has been assigned to them. Although the Baha’i cult has assigned a heavy burden to women such as round-the-clock individual and group activities; they have no rights in the election and this is the highest range of insult which hasn’t been seen in any election foundation. Because of this issue many western Baha’is have turned against this cult.

According to Baha’ism the rules of holy works aren’t changeable (although there are definite and firm reason for changing them); but the issues haven’t been mentioned in the holy works must be decided by the UHJ. The Baha’i women ask for the change in this rule like similar changes done before. The opposed people believe that the Baha’i women’s emotions mustn’t be misused and their primary human rights in the election foundation, Baitul-Adl!!! Mustn’t be rang ignored.

The main question is that: why has Baha’ism decreased the values of women to the extent such as an advertising tool and woman don’t have any rank and presence in the UHJ?

The women assume it as a grave oppression; as if they don’t belong to the Baha’i community. Anyway, the argument concerning the lack of women’s presence in the foundation has been turned into an insolvable challenge.
