Sealing some Baha’i shops in Kerman province and Baha’i sites view
Bahaismiran: According to the received news on Saturday, 13th of Aban 1393 the people in charge of syndic in Kerman Province sealed nearly 76 Baha’i shops in Kerman, Rafsanjan and Jiroft cities.
It is no doubt that violating the country rules is criminal and the criminal must be treated (according to the rules and regulations and there is no difference whether he/she is a Muslim, Zoroastrian, Armenian and etc. each criminal must be sentenced having each religion.
Thus, some day after sealing Baha’i shops in Kerman, Rafsanjan and Jiroft cities, the latest news announce that all the shops are open and the shopkeepers are trading except for two cases that they haven’t taken any action regarding the sealing of their shops.
Several important problems in this regard:
1) The first problem is the origin of it. Has sealing shops been doing according to the tacks of rules and regulations or according to the Baha’i Faith site, it has been dine to put Baha’i shopkeepers under pressure? If the users pay a little attention, they will realize that the regulations concerning the syndic in different domains (taxes, overcharging, not regulating the medical cases) are common and usual and this action is being done for the Muslim shopkeepers. Now why is this kind of treatment which is done for every member of the society having every kind of religion considered as confrontation against Baha’i belief?!!!
2) The second issue which has been paid attention by the Baha’i sites is relating this issue with the great policies of the country. Meanwhile, Baha’is pretend being oppressed. Pay attention to the reaction of this news in Baha’is Faith official site:
The economic attacks against the Iranian Baha’i community (October 31, 2014)
When the United Nations organization was busy investigating the condition of human rights of Iran in Geneva and while the delegation of that country pretended respecting the civil rights of all of their citizens, the authorities in charge initiated an extensive, systematic and pre-organized attacks against the Baha’i shopkeepers in a region.
The Iranian Baha’is have been always suffered from injustice caused by the governments’ policies concerning the creating of economic choking over the Baha’i community of Iran and the new attack has increased their sufferings.
On Saturday, Aban 3rd, 1393 the authorities sealed at least 79 Baha’i shops in the cities of Kerman, Rafsanjan and Jiroft. The Baha’i shops were closed at that day because of the birthday of the Excellency Baha… which is of Baha’i holiday.
In an impudent action and in order to flaw the validity of the Baha’i tradesmen, the authorities pasted up a bulletin on each shop door concerning this issue that the tradesman has violated the trade rules. Baha’is who are really famous for honesty and trustworthy among Iranian citizens such as Muslim co-workers and customers.
Ms. Bani Dugal the senior delegation of the Baha’i community said: in a country whose people in charge claim to have regulations and rules in their country based on the Islamic principles. It is better to think for a bit about all of these hypocrisy and dissimulations and its effects on the youth spirits and the future of the country. Ms. Dugal asked the worldwide governments to put Iran under pressure to end up discriminations against the Baha’i citizens.
It should be answered to Baha’i faith site that: You know better than everybody else that this issue is due to a local decision. If it was to be a management decision across the country, it should be happened in all parts of the community.
The other issue is sealing the Baha’i shops. If the sealing of these shops is due to violating the regulations of the country, it will be necessary to under each excuse by Baha’is by mentioning their violations explicitly.
Another note which is important to be mentioned is that why don’t the Baha’is lift the seal on their shops? As if sealing the shops is more profitable for them than removing it.
The last issue is related to the reason for sealing the Baha’i shops. They announced that its reason is the birthday of Bab and Baha. This cancelling is accompanied by the celebrating and dancing which is simultaneous with the mourning days of the martyrdom of the Lord of the Martyrs the Excellency Hussein (P.H.) in a country in which every person who is Shiite, Sunni, Christian or Zoroastrian except Baha’is is mournful for that Imam. This celebration and happiness is a kind of insult to 70 million Iranian people.
