Davood Ma’navi one of wealthy Baha’i people was going to devide Davoodieh lands into different parts. It took several weeks. After devision, Davood Ma’navi announced those land as his.
Ma’navi granted several thousand meters to engineer Mahmoudi, the engineer in charge of registration administration.
Ma’navi bestowed some of the lands to the influential officials during the Pahlavi regime’s period of time; for example, a piece of land was bestowed to the major general Tymour Bakhtyari, SAVAK chairman, a piece of land to Dr. Mohammad Sajjadi.
One of the other of occupy land by Ma’navi was occupying 900 meters of an aviation club in Yaft Abad (Qale’ Morqi)
The aviation club was founded in 1318 in Manouchehri Street. After establishing the club, Muhammad Vali Mirza Farmanfarmaiyan the owner of Yaft Abad Village grant a million meters of this village for establishing airport without setting any document. After Shahrivar 1320 events, Ma’navi bought a land next to one-million-meter land and tried hard to seize the airport land by any possible means. In 1329, Ma’navi called Farmanfarmaiyan and paid a paltry sum to buy the airport land. In this way Ma’navi became the owner of 900-meter-land in Yaft Abad. Later on, He sold those land receiving exorbitant sum.
Sobhi Mohtadi writes about occupying lands by Bahai’s:
“One of the other actions done by Baha’i followers of Shoqi was that they brought a Jewish called Aziz Navidi to the army court. They received twenty million out of the army personals to send for Shoqi.â€
