وَلَوْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيْنَا بَعْضَ الْأَقَاوِيلِ  لَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُ بِالْيَمِينِ ثُمَّ لَقَطَعْنَا مِنْهُ الْوَتِينَ فَمَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ عَنْهُ حَاجِزِينَ (حاقه/47-44)

     “And if he had invented false sayings concerning us, We assuredly had taken him by the right hand. And then severed his life artery, And not one of you could have held us off from him.” [Al-Haqqal/44-47]

     The answer to the claim:

 فَوَيْلٌ لِلَّذِينَ يَكْتُبُونَ الْكِتَابَ بِأَيْدِيهِمْ ثُمَّ يَقُولُونَ هَذَا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ لِيَشْتَرُوا بِهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا فَوَيْلٌ لَهُمْ مِمَّا كَتَبَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَوَيْلٌ لَهُمْ مِمَّا يَكْسِبُونَ (بقره/79)

     “Therefore woe be unto those who write the Scripture with their hands anthem say, “This is from Allah,” that they may purchase a small gain therewith. Woe unto them for that their hands have written, and woe unto them for that they earn thereby.”

     Third, regarding the similar verses, the atheists have been respited to decide based on their authorities:

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ اشْتَرَوُا الْكُفْرَ بِالْإِيمَانِ لَنْ يَضُرُّوا اللَّهَ شَيْئًا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ (آل عمران/177)

     “Those who purchase disbelief at the price of faith harm Allah not at all, but their will be a painful doom.” [Al-Imran/ 177]

     Forth, if a false claimant is to be destroyed by hidden things, the facultative guidance will be meaningless. God has identified  the path and let people select:

إِنَّا هَدَيْنَاهُ السَّبِيلَ إِمَّا شَاكِرًا وَإِمَّا كَفُورًا (انسان/ 3)

     Lo! We have shown him the way, whether he be grateful or disbelieving.” [Al-Insan/3]
