The representative of Khomeini Shahr people in the Islamic council parliament said: At the time of being registered for receiving the national card, the option “others” has been mentioned for selecting religion except for the formal ones in the country. I mentioned Abdul Reza Rahmai Fadhli to review the national cards and omit “other” option.

     Seyyed Muhammad Jawad Abtahi, the representative of the people of Khomeini Shahr in the Islamic council parliament said: Including the option “others” means recognizing the deviant cult of Baha’ism formally.

     He added: Just the religions recognized in the Constitution must be mentioned.
