After the Babis failure in Sheik Tabarasi fort war in 1266 A.H., Zanjan observed a great riot led by Mulla Muhammad Zanjani entitled Hojjat. He introduced himself as the deputy of Imam of the Time (P.H). Before Ali Muhammad Shirazi’s claim, he had been rejected by some scholars and the religious people of Zanjan city[1] due to his strange judgments in various issues such as fasting in Fetr feast, ablution, and the commandment of some unclean things…[2]. Consequently, contrary to Babis and Baha’is, Mulla Muhammad Ali Zanjani is being introduced as one of the famous Shiite sources of religious authority which was strongly opposed by the scholars of Zanjan city.

Mulla Muhammad Ali had introduced Ali Muhammad Shirazi as the very promised Mahdi and encouraged his relatives to join him and promised them to be the commanders and chiefs of Egypt and Hijaz. Even when he was shot during the conflict with the governmental troops and was going to be killed, he promised his disciples to return forty days after his death; so they buried his sword with him.

Eventually, Zanjan riot which had been started by fighting two Muslim and Babi youth and them continued by armed riot ended in Babis failure after terrible massacre. However, the following notes concerning Baha’is deployment is worthy to be mentioned:

1)   One of the notes which was influential in continuing war was supporting Mulla Muhammad Ali Zanjani By the unknown resources in his bloody fighting with people and the governmental troops. As we read in the book “Mataliul Anwar”: The surprising issue was that the disciples received provisions from unknown resources.[3] Thus, IT is probably the Czar Russian empire was making the central government busy with the interior conflicts in order to be ignored of the Iranian

regions occupied by the Russian troops.

2)   Without paying attention to the armed riot and organizing measure of Babis against the central government and threatening against the national security, the Baha’i resources are trying to pretend Babis to be oppressed. So, instead of the unbiased mentioning of history, they are narrating the exaggerated epics of Babis and the violence of people and governmental troops in order to simulate Imam Hussein’s (P.H.) epic in Karbala for their ancestors; which according to the forged prophet of Baha’ism Babis were savage.[4] According to Ali Muhammad Bab, they were commissioned to destroy all people on the earth who were opposing Bab: “Each authority is being ordered to kill everybody on the earth who is opposing the book “Bayan”.[5]

3)   Occasionally, the Baha’is are trying to pretend Babis fighting as defensive measures and to call Babis killed people as martyrs in their works in order to influence on the public thoughts and to excite their members.[6]
