Since the claim for the excommunication of Islam in Badasht desert, the followers of Babism meddled with policy practically. Or when the assassinations were schadualed by the Excellency Nouri, the followers of Baha’ism were drawn to policy. The Babism and Baha’ism leaders were aimed to eliminate the opponents of Babism thought. The opponent possessed the governmental and political posts. Hence, in order to achieve this aim, it changed even the strict laws which constitutes this cult superficially (such as the unconditioned obedience of rulers). It also changed the orders which Baha had forbidden them to be interpreted.

In this regard, changing its principle tactics, the Baha’ism organization says: “Not meddling with policy for Baha’is means not meddling with party policies and Baha’is are paying attention to their general policy of the community and the expediencies of their compatriots.[1]”

Yes, claiming for not meddling with policy, the Baha’ism cult has provided a secure surrounding for itself. Although it prevents its members to meddle with policy, it encourages its members to penetrate into and to be influential in the administrative, political and economic affairs.
