After the victory of the Islamic revolution, the organization started its activity using the strategy of cancellation of activity in Iran. The general atmosphere of the revolutionary community wasn’t basically allowing the enemies to do any activity and the Baha’ism organization also considered announcing the cancellation of the organization superficially as the best strategy because it knew doing each measure would have irreparable consequences. After the second wave of the second decade of revolution created due to the conditions of the sacred defense against the aggressive, there wasn’t practically any possibility or opportunity for each activity for the organization. All political wings were concentrated on defending the country. Of course, the intelligent service was confronting and smashing each kind of activity immediately and wasn’t allowing such challenges to be happened. It can be said that the most important movement by Baha’is was writing a letter to the then president of Iran (Seyyed Muhammad Khatami) regardless of a series of hidden movement in the domain of organizing the organization inside the country and activating assemblies which were done to remove the requirements of the Baha’i community. Not mentioning all the Baha’is tyrannies against the Iranian nation in cooperating with the cruel kingdom regime in the letter, the Baha’is pretended to be oppressed and asked for removing discrimination. The letter had been sent for all top managers across the country and some representatives of parliament.
This kind of behavior continued to 1388 elections when the organization ordered the Baha’is to be active in the election issue in spite of their prohibition for not being active in the political domains. This issue could be important for the security systems because of the two following aspects:
1) The cult has turned to overt activity instead of the hidden one.
2) The cult has practically entered into the enemies and instigators’ line to confront against the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Muslim Iranian people who had figured out the Baha’is tyranny under the shadow of the second Pahlavi regime, were observing insults against their theological values by the Baha’is, Monafeqin and other anti-Revolution elements. The slogan of meddling with policy was meaningless anymore and the Baha’is had stood against the Islamic republic in the streets.
The Islamic republic of Iran possesses the Constitution in which there isn’t any minority called Baha’ism. As long as the Baha’i citizen respect the Constitution and the country laws are called Iranian; otherwise, they are our enemies and must pay for it.
