Ehsaee doesn’t consider his knowledge to be acquired; but he introduces himself to be inspired by the holy Imams and their knowledge. Nevertheless, his biography reveals his formal education.
It is written in Makaremul Athar: He started his education by learning the holy Quran in the presence of his father Sheikh Zaynuddin Ehsaee and learned the primary lesson of his era there in the presence of the local scholars. In 1186 A.H. he headed off towards Najaf and Karbala to continue his knowledge.[1] His master were Agha Muhammad Baqer Vahid Behbahani, Seyyed Ali Tabatabaee the author of Riadh, Mirza Mahdi Shahrestani and Seyyed Mehdi Bahrul Oloum and Sheikh Ja'far Kashful Qeta'a[2].
In addition to religious jurisprudence, and hadith [:tradition], Ehsaee has studied medicine, astronomy, old mathematics and philosophy in various levels.
