The Baha'i proselytizer and a researcher are investigating the slogan of the equality between men and women and its paradox with the title of guardianship to men in this cult.
The Baha'i proselytizer: One of the twelve principles which is introduced by our leaders as the condition for achieving humane prosperity is the equality between men and women: "The tenth teaching of the Excellency Bahaullah is the unity between men and women… It is impossible for the prosperity of the humane world unless by the complete equality between men and women.[1]
Researcher: So, why are the highest member and leaders of the Baha'ism organization elected among men (such as the guardian himself who is the chairman of male members of the universal house of justice) according to the rules of the Baha'ism leaders and contrary to this slogan?! As according to Abdul Baha's will, Shoqi Effendi is considered as the first guardian of the faith and the guardian are considered to be totally among the male offspring by Abdul Baha: "وَ مِن بَعدِهَ بکراً بعد بکر"
"O' divine disciples, the guardian of the faith must elect the next one in order for differences not to be created.[2]"
Is Baha'ism to create equality among the world men and women using this method?!
The Baha'i proselytizer: the position of the faith guardianship and the membership in the universal house if justice aren’t privilege; but is merely a divine responsibility. In the Baha'i faith, women have been exempted.
Researcher: isn’t it contrary to the slogan of the equality between men and women?! How is it possible for women to be deprived of possessing the leadership position of Baha'ism leadership?
The Baha'i proselytizer: This discussion is vain because there isn’t any guardian of the faith! Because Shoqi Effendi was abortive and the generation of guardians of the faith was fallen.
Researcher: It also indicates that your leaders aren’t divine and their predictions are false.
