Jurisconsults have considered excrements as 12 ones including atheist. Atheist is a person who rejects God or considers partner for Him. Or a person who doesn’t accept the prophetic mission of Muhammad ibn Abdullah (P.H.). Atheist also is a person who rejects the necessities of religion such as praying, fasting which are considered as parts of religion by all Muslims. The jurisconsults adduce this verse: "انما المشرکون نجسٌ" and other various traditions such as Imam Sadegh's one (P.H.):

"من نصب دیناً غیر دین المؤمنین فهو مشرک"

     Ali Muhammad Bab and Hussein Ali Nouri have claimed for divinity in their books; so they have assumed partner for God which causes polytheism.

     Baha'is consider the religion of Islam as abolished and reject the finality of prophethood of Muhammad ibn Abdullah (P.H.). This is the rejection of the origin of the religion of Islam Baha'is believe that Ali Muhammad Bab is the twelfth Imam not Imam of the Time (P.H.)

     According to above-mentioned statement, the Baha'is are atheists and are unclean to Muslims. Even eating their leftovers are illegitimate. There will be no way for them to be cleaned except for accepting the religion of Islam.
