If being a Baha’is is a crime; so three hundred thousands of Baha’is must be imprisoned.

Consequently, no Baha’i person is being imprisoned due to being a Baha’i; but some crimes such as proselytizing for Baha’ism, holding illegal meetings and ceremonies, cooperating with hostile media and foundations and institutions against the national security, participating at riot and etc. are the reasons for their imprisonments.
