After Ali Muhammad Bab’s capture, the Babism movement spent imbroglio days and Bab’ism situation was setting day by day. Also, Hussein Ali Nouri didn’t have any rank among Babis. Se he was trying to stabilize his rank. Consequently, he was serving the Russian and was eager many people to be killed to achieve his aim.
