A glance at Ibraham Williams Jackson (1862-1937), a prominent American researcher during his trip to Iran clarifies the American supporting look towards the deviant cult of Baha’ism. Of course, it takes the approach and position which are parallel with those of the American statement regarding Babism and Baha’ism in Iran. Praising Ali Muhammad Shirazi’s character in his book, Jackson introduces him as a reformer and a cherished person: “… he (Ali Muhammad Shirazi) is one of the religion reformists of Iran. This sociable claimant is a teacher of ethics. His real name is Mirza Ali Muhammad … He possesses a high rank in the practical wisdom and ethics…[1]”

Concerning the word Khatam in verse 40, Al-Ahzab surah, Baha’is believe that Khatam means seal, decker or the testifier of the previous prophets not the last one. While the word Khatam means finisher and the Baha’I leaders confess the holy prophet (P.H.) is the last divine prophet.
